After your collection, within the review period agreed by both parties, both parties shall not disclose, copy, lend, imitate, sell or transfer to a third party in any form without the written permission of the other party. These services are protected by the Intellectual Property Law of the People's Republic of China, the Copyright and Copyright Law, the Patent Law and other laws.

（2）Your company should keep the unaccepted proposals (including drafts and discussion drafts) confidential and return them to our company in full. Otherwise, it will be deemed to constitute an infringement against the Company, and the Company reserves the right to investigate its relevant legal liabilities according to law.

（3）Without the permission of our company's written documents, we will investigate the relevant legal liabilities for the infringement of using the design scheme or planning scheme provided by our company to your company for bidding procurement activities or entrusting a third party for construction.

（4）The legal provisions concerning the transfer of intellectual property rights and patent rights, such as the design scheme or planning scheme provided by our company to your company, shall be detailed and changed in the contract documents signed by both parties, and shall be observed jointly after the agreement. At that time, this statement will automatically become invalid.

（5）The right to modify, update and finally interpret this statement belongs to our company.

（6）In case of conflict between this statement and national laws and regulations, national laws and regulations shall prevail.
